By accessing this website or purchasing from America First Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access the site or purchase products.

2.  Research-Only Products and Eligibility

All products are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory research use only. They are not approved by the FDA and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition.
By placing an order, you certify that:
You are 21 years of age or older; You are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory or scientific research; and You will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Age Verification and Minor Purchases America First Labs sells only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

By checking out, you affirm your age and the accuracy of all information provided. We may require government-issued identification or an adult signature upon delivery.
If we discover that a minor has placed or received an order, the order may be canceled and products recalled. Refunds will only be issued after safe return or verified destruction of the products. America First Labs assumes no liability for false statements or unauthorized purchases by minors. The individual completing the order agrees to indemnify us against all claims, costs, or losses arising from such transactions.

Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws regarding possession, import, and use of any substances ordered. America First Labs makes no representation or warranty that any product is legal for sale or use in every jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate federal, state, or local law.

5.  Prohibited Uses
Products may not be:
Consumed by humans or animals; Used for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or agricultural purposes; Compounded into formulations, supplements, or drugs; or Marketed, resold, or distributed for any non-research purpose. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and cooperation with regulatory or law-enforcement authorities. Products are strictly for research use by qualified researchers.

6.  FDA and FTC Disclosures

America First Labs does not market or label products for ingestion or medical use. All product descriptions, literature references, and communications are for informational purposes only to identify chemical properties for research.
Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. America First Labs does not endorse or permit any customer testimonials or marketing implying health, performance, or cosmetic benefits. Posting or reproducing such claims may result in permanent account termination due to the promotion of unsafe practices.

7.  Assumption of Risk and Safety Practices

Handling research chemicals carries inherent risks. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are qualified and equipped to safely handle such materials and assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from their use or misuse.

9.  Payments, Fraud Prevention, and Chargebacks

All transactions are subject to verification. We may decline or cancel any order suspected of fraud, regulatory risk, or underage purchase.
Unwarranted chargebacks may be treated as fraud. By ordering, you authorize us to share relevant transaction data with payment processors and, where necessary, law enforcement. Abuse of chargeback systems may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

10.  Shipping and Adult Receipt

We may require “Adult Signature Required” delivery or additional verification. Failure to provide proof of age at delivery may void refund eligibility and result in reshipment fees.
Shipping delays caused by carriers or regulatory holds are beyond our control. Once a package leaves our warehouse, liability transfers to the carrier and customer.

11.  Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final, except in cases of verified defects or order errors attributable to America First Labs.
Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. Returned goods must remain sealed and unaltered. America First Labs reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for customer issues.

12.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, America First Labs’ total liability for any claim relating to a product, purchase, or use of this site shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
